What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Also, for Australian customers we also accept Direct Bank Deposit and Australia Post Money Orders. Telephone and Fax Orders can be arranged if requested ( All costs are at your own expense).

Where do I deposit the payment for Direct Deposit?

Please deposit full payment into the following account, and include your order number so we can easily identify the payment.

Is it safe to use my Credit Card at your shop?

asbestosandyou.com.au uses Australias most popular Credit Card Gateway, used by 60 percent of the Australian market. All credit card information is transmitted via secure industry standard 128 bit SSL encryption. Credit Card details are used only for processing during checkout and no Credit Card details are ever stored in the Asbestos & You database.

I still don’t want to put my card details over the internet, can I call you with them?

Yes you can, we will be pleased to receive your order as a telephone order and process it through our point of sale POS terminal.

How much is shipping/postage?

We have included shipping/postage in the price of the products.

Your prices are so cheap! How do you do it?

We keep our overheads low by not having a conventional shop front and working in a warehouse environment. We also manufacturer and assemble our own products and can therefore sell these items direct to you at wholesale prices. We also purchase a range of products in large quantities and pass the savings on to our members.

Its been a few days and I haven’t received my order, when did you send them?

We pack and send orders regularly. Your order will usually be sent the day after payment shows and often the same day if you have paid via credit card. We use Australia Post and Toll Priority for all postage. Please check your email regularly as we will send you a notification that your package has been posted.
